1. Introduction

Upclio provides a platform that builds an individual growth route by selecting modules by profession, skills, level and goals. By accessing or using our services at upclio.online, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

• “Services” refers to personalized learning and consulting sessions.
• “Info Products” means digital guides, courses, and materials available for download.
• “Goods” refers to any physical items purchased through Upclio.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information and adhere to any guidelines for module selections, scheduling, and usage. Unauthorized access or misuse is prohibited.

4. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed via secure payment methods. Users agree to provide valid payment information and maintain any accounts necessary for payment processing.

5. Refund and Transfer Policy

5.1 Services

Service bookings, including one-on-one consultations and group sessions, can be rescheduled or transferred to another participant up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no extra charge. To request a change, contact support at Contact Us. If no sessions have been accessed, customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Once any session is accessed or materials are downloaded, refunds are not available.

5.2 Info Products

Digital products may be downloaded immediately after purchase. Once a download is initiated or the product is accessed, it is non-refundable. If the product link fails to work within 3 days of purchase, customers may contact support at Contact Us to receive a replacement link. No payment reversal is available after download.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. To initiate a return, contact support at Contact Us. Once received and inspected, a payment reversal will be processed within 21 business days. Shipping fees are not refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, module materials, and related assets are the property of Upclio and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upclio is not liable for any indirect or special damages arising from use of our platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
